Nunnington Cottages offers competitive rates for all seasons and the tariff shown is the cost per cottage not per person.

Rosedene Cottage is offered for weekly stays commencing each Friday

Strawberry Cottage is available for both Weekly stays (Fri-Fri) and Short Breaks of either 3 or 4 Nights (Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri)

We offer a 10% deduction for 14 night stays and when booking both Cottages together.

Additional information

We require a deposit of 25% or a min of £50.00 when booking.  The remaining balance is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation - Should you wish to cancel your holiday more than 8 weeks prior to arrival then the owner shall refund all monies paid, less the booking deposit.  For cancellations made less than 8 weeks before arrival date then the owner shall retain all monies paid, whether by way of deposit or otherwise.  All cancellations must be made in writing.  We strongly recommend that you take out your own independent travel insurance.

Check-in time is 4.00pm, check-out no later than 10.30am.

Winter heating surcharges (Due 1st October – 31^st March – Strawberry Cottage -Weekly £20.00 – Short Breaks - £15.00 & Rosedene Cottage - Weekly £30.00) is payable upon arrival.
